Wednesday Night is Family Night
PCDHFC's Smallbore practice is a great introduction to the shooting
sports. Smallbore is a casual, open practice for .22 calibre or air
rifles and pistols. (Since Smallbore meets on the 200M range, many
members shoot larger calibres as well as their smallbore fire arms.)
Smallbore night attracts families and new shooters. It is an
informal event, with no scheduled ceasefires and lots of friendly
support. It is the perfect venue to introduce non-shooters to our
sport.
The event is free to members, and members may bring one guest. Day
cards for guests are only $10 for adults and $5 for youth. It is
expected that members will supervise their guests and make sure that
they are aware of range safety procedures.
Range officers supervising small bore night are volunteers, not
paid staff, so to keep the number of shooters manageable, we are not
open to the general public.
If you have any questions, please contact me, Ian G, at smallborenight@pcdhfc.com.
Join the Smallbore club under the lights on Range 7 Wednesday evenings from 7PM to 9PM.
